The company offers both entry-level solutions for private and institutional clients and tailored concepts for professional market participants.

2017
Foundation of the Bitkern Group in Austria. Entry into cryptocurrency mining with Ethereum and Bitcoin. Development of modular container solutions for crypto mining in Austria.
2018
Establishment of additional operational sites near hydropower plants in the Alps. Development of a retail product tailored to the Austrian market. Site expansion into Sweden.
2019
Launch of professional hosting services for third parties. Development of customized HPC solutions for institutional market participants. Site expansion into the United States and Asia.
2020
Formation of an IT services company in the United States, focusing on the operation of HPC data centers and repair services.
2021
Establishment of the company headquarters in Switzerland. Development of customized investment concepts for a Swiss asset management company for the introduction of an investment instrument with a Swiss ISIN.
2022
Opening of an independent repair center in the United States. Expansion of global HPC hardware sales.
2023
Launch of the Consulting Services division. Commissioning of the first immersion-cooling sites in the United States. Site expansion into South America.
2024
Commissioning of the first hydro-mining site in the United States. Site expansion into Africa.
2025
Opening of the Technician Hub in Vienna. Product launch of Bitkern LITE, Mining with Guarantees. Design of a data center in Finland utilizing waste heat for local district heating networks.

Launch of Aionas21, an exclusive service for the distribution of computing power packages.
